With over 35 years of experience in the dental industry and a unique combination of clinical expertise and business management, Vero3 founder Karen Marshall gives professional practices the customized, tangible solutions they need to realize their full business potential.
Karen is passionate about the vital roles of professional practices. She created Vero3 to address the gaps that too often prevent these businesses from being as profitable and sustainable as many other service-based businesses.
In the first year, Vero3 clients realize an average 20% increase in net profit. These clients continue to experience 7-9% increases in annual net profit, year after year, by honing their customized Vero3 processes.
Vero3 has helped hundreds of practices in virtually every phase of business cycles to dramatically improve their systems and processes to stabilize the business and generate steady growth.
Karen’s deep expertise centers in the risk assessment, human resources, state, federal, and professional compliance, software optimization with paperless office strategies, and systems aspects of successful practice-based businesses. Starting as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Karen strategically built her skill set with valuable first-hand experience in both administrative and corporate management, project management, training, partnership in a dental collections agency, and corporate consulting.
Karen is a Certified HR and Employment Law Consultant through Bent Erikson & Associates, enabling her to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines. She is also an IPM Certified Trainer for best-in-industry job matching, new hire selection, team building, and personal development.
A champion of women business owners, Karen is active in NAWBO and the Columbus Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, serving as Vice President of Membership from 2010-2013 and serving on various committees. She continues to serve on the Board of Directors for EPV and she is a member of both SHRM, (Society For Human Resource Management) and ADCA (American Dental Coders Association). Karen is an IMC group member and she is Six Sigma trained. She also volunteers with the Susan G. Komen® organization and Animal Advocacy projects.
